As MIPS-eligible clinicians, psychologists are required to report unless they fall under the low-volume threshold (LVT). Those who fall under the LVT can choose to opt in and receive performance incentives. Licensed clinical social workers are eligible for the MIPS payment adjustment starting in performance year 2022.
